Currently hiring for a Start up Book-Music-Coffee Shop. Building has been purchased. Successful candidate must be willing to roll up sleeves performing any task within the operation. Manager must be fully capable of growing operation and manage various aspects of store(including inventory and people). Job requires a calculated risk taker with a keen sense of creativity and an innovative optimistic attitude. Must make customers feel at home. Manager must be able to assume all responsibility for store operations in absence of store owner. A collaborative attitude is essential. Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
