Do you have what it takes to be a Hot Topic Rock Star?
*Minimum 1-2 years experience managing in a dynamic retail operation. Specialty and apparel experience preferred
*Demonstrated experience driving business, building teams, and reducing shrink, with a "sales first" focus
*Demonstrated strong leadership and visual merchandising skills
*Demonstrated skills in recruiting, selecting, and developing people
*Knowledge of and passion for Music and Fashion
*Capable of processing shipment, making floor moves and handling packages up to 50lbs
*Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
*Minimum 18 years of age
